We are at the Hlane Royal National Park in Swaziland, or Eswatini, this morning we did a self-drive safari in the rhinos sector; but this afternoon we decided to remain at the Ndlovu Camp and, after lunch, we got on the wooden seats that have a view of the waterhole.

There are several white rhinos, some are lying down to doze, others drink and roll in the mud, they are just beautiful; sure that if one comes to this park, the desire to see them is taken away.

Both around the waterhole and in the camp, there are also several birds, we have fun watching them with our binoculars, taking pictures and checking on our book if we have already seen them in the past or if they are new species.

We see a beautiful paradise flycatcher, it has a beautiful long orange tail that, when it is in the period of mating, becomes even longer, there are also some hoopoes, the Meves starlings, the three banded plovers, the gray headed herons, the black headed herons, the weavers that built their nests, that look like woven baskets, on the branches of the acacias, and many others.

It has been a very relaxing afternoon, after all the days spent at the Kruger National Park in South Africa, to turn like crazy to spot the animals.

We are surprised by the fact that there are many guests at the camp, some have probably entered for the day but many, including a large group of Italians, who stop here for the night; we are happy because these are all money invested in conservation.

Around 4:00 pm we take Dr. Livingstone and we look for our cottage; we leave the gate of the Ndlovu Camp, we head North and, after 2 km, we find another gate, we pass it and we find ourselves in the main area of the park, here there are neither rhinos nor elephants nor lions, while all the other species of herbivores and birds.

We travel more than 10 km following the main road and finally we arrive at the Bhubesi Camp, it's beautiful!

There are only six large stone cottages with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a veranda and an open space where the braai is; we unload the car and get comfortable, this will be our home for the next two days.
