A part of the Makgadikgadi Pans complex in Botswana is occupied by the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park.
This wonderful park encloses a variety of habitats, from salty dry arid lands to ravines that attract herbivore herds in the rainy season, the long river being the only source of permanent water throughout the area; here, during the dry season, the animals, both herbivores and carnivores, are concentrated.
This is a place unknown to most travelers where to get lost in the wildest nature.
