Considering that the temperature is quite constant during the year, in fact both chill and heat are rare; the best times to visit Uganda are determined by the rains: January and February are not very rainy months, and are therefore the best months; even June, July and August are not very rainy months, though in this period, some heavy shower is always possible.

The trip
A trip to Uganda is an adventure to discover primates, chimpanzees and mountain gorillas, but also national parks that host the big five and give spectacular scenery.
This itinerary will allow you to discover the 4 main national parks of the country, starting from the North-Western part of Uganda, where the Murchison Falls National Park and its impressive waterfalls are located, here you can experience boat safaris along the Victoria Nile and off-road safaris in search of the big five.
We will then descend into the central Western part of the country, passing through the tea and coffee plantations, admiring the Rwenzori mountain range and the many villages and markets, before entering the Kibale Forest, where we can do a trekking in search of chimpanzees.
We will then descend to the Queen Elizabeth National Park for another boat safari on the Kazinga Channel and off-road safaris in search of the famous "climbing lions", ie lions that love climbing trees, in the Ishasha sector of the park.
We will then go to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, that is located in the South-Eastern part of the country, at an altitude between 1,500 and 2,500 meters; this area has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO as it hosts mountain gorillas, species at risk of extinction.
Here we start looking for gorillas by trekking through the forest among the majestic mountains.
Finally we will admire the landscapes of the Bunyonyi Lake and its sunsets, while enjoying a relaxing cruise on its waters.
