We are at the Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa, we arrived yesterday from Johannesburg and we will spend three days here in all; yesterday's safari was very exciting and we are curious to know what the Pilanesberg has in store for us today.
We wake up at 5.30am, from now on, for the duration of the trip, this will be, with rare exceptions, the time set on our alarm.

We are at the Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa and we woke up this morning at 5.30 am, it was still dark outside and the air was cold; so we took a wise decision: having breakfast inside Dr. Livingstone.
At 6.30am we are ready to leave, we have already loaded the car because tonight we sleep at another campsite.
This morning we woke up at the Bakgatla Campsite inside the Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa; according to our original plans this morning we would have had to get up before dawn, take a few hours' safari and then go to the Marakele National Park.
Instead we have been forced to change our plans because the other day our refrigerator has abandoned us and, since we cannot do the whole journey without a fridge, we must necessarily go and buy one while we are in South Africa and not far from Johannesburg, because then we risk not finding one anylonger.

We are at the Pilanesberg National Park, this morning we have breakfast at the Bakgatla campground in the company of the green vervetsand then we leave.
Our itinerary included, for the day today, a last safari at the Pilanesberg National Park, then an hour transfer and entry into the Marakele National Park; instead we had to change our plans because, the other day, the refrigerator broke down and we can't face our journey without, so we have to buy a new one.

We are in South Africaand this morning we left from the Pilanesberg National Park,originally we should have gone directly to the Marakele National Parkbut, since our Dr. Livingstone's refrigerator was broken, we had to make a change of plans and go to Rustenberg at the Outdoor Warehouse to buy a new refrigerator.
Rustenberg is about an hour from the Pilanesberg National Park Gate and, after solving the refrigerator problem and having lunch, we traveled for another 2 hours to reach the Marakele National Park.

We are at the Marakele National Park in South Africa, we decided to visit this park because, on the one hand it is on the road that takes us to Botswana, that is the destination of our journey, and on the other because we are curious, we have never been here before but we have seen some wonderful photos.

We wake up at 6:15am, late for the standard of this trip but today we can afford it, we have breakfast and then we close everything and we leave; today we have to travel about 400 km so it is better not to waste too much time, at 7:30am we leave the campsite and go to the gate.

This morning we left the Marakele National Park in South Africa, we crossed the border at Gobler's Bridge / Martin's Drift and arrived in Botswana.

We are in Botswana, at the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, near Serowe; yesterday afternoon we did a few hours of safariand it was very nice and we saw the rhinos.
This morning we get up, it's really cold and there is a lot of humidity, our car and the tent are completely wet and there is also fog; but where are we? In the Po valley?
We have breakfast and then we prepare our car to leave; in reality we are so satisfied with yesterday's safari that we would like to leave immediately, but the temptation to get to the pan is too strong and so let's see what we see.

We are at the Boteti River Camp near Khumaga, the Western gate of the Makgadigadi National Park and along the Boteti River in Botswana.
Today afternoon is dedicated to exploring the Makgadikgadi Pans area along the Boteti river, we could have done a self drive, but we preferred to go on safari with a guide.
