This morning we woke up when it was still dark, as time this is more a safari schedule than a Milanese timetable; well on one hand this is good because we are already getting used to the rhythms of the savannah!

In fact, only for our beloved Africa we can wake up so early J

At 5.00 in the morning we leave the house and, with our car, we head to Malpensa; at this time the cold is pungent, thank goodness that travelling by car we feel it less.

On the highway there is no traffic, it is still early for commuters, and we travel in the opposite direction from those who go to Milan to work.

We park in a parking lot near the airport and then, by shuttle, we go to the Terminal 1 of Malpensa airport.

When we enter the airport, in the check-in area, we are assailed by the usual "travel emotion", we are leaving to reach our beloved Tanzania and when we finally arrive at the airport it no longer seems a dream, but, in the end, it becomes a reality.

We're going to check in at the Lufthansa desk; in fact we have already checked in online but we have not printed the boarding passes, we also have to send the luggage.

There are few people and in a short time we do everything, bye bye suitcases we see you in Nairobi!

We immediately go to the controls, so we do not think about it anymore and, once on the other side, we go to have breakfast while we wait for the gate of our flight to open.

In the first leg of our journey Lufthansa will take us to Frankfurt, where we will stop, then we catch the Intercontinental flight that will take us to Nairobi in Kenya, from here, finally, we will take a flight by Kenya Airways that will take us to Kilimanjaro, the International airport of Arusha, in Tanzania.
